The Pochet Property Owners Association (PPOA) is located in the Pochet Neck section of East Orleans, MA.  It is bordered on the east by Nauset Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, and on the South by Pochet Inlet with Pleasant Bay beyond.

Incorporated in 1957, the Association was established  to coordinate the efforts of individual homeowners in maintaining and improving neighborhood assets, including the parking lot, bridge / walkway, private beach area, and the neighborhood roads.

The Association strives to foster a strong sense of community amongst its residents and promote an environment in which neighbors look after and support one another.
